This was a beautiful tribute to birthmommas everywhere. To see the emotion from both the adoptees and adoptive couples is enough to make any grown man cry.
Birthmothers are important and should be celebrated, not necessarily as heroes, but as strong brave women. Sometimes birthmoms get lost in everyday life and can feel forgotten. I recommend this video when they start to wonder if it was all for nothing.
My favorite part is when the adoptee says, ” If it wasn’t for you, the people I call Mom and Dad would just be Pam and Lou.”
I also liked when the adoptive mom acknowledges that “your greatest pain, was my greatest joy.”
