Two adopted teens are now in foster care as their adoptive parents await trial for child abuse. The Virginia couple was indicted recently for abuse, malicious wounding and multiple child injuries. Their 14-year-old and 16-year-old adopted sons have allegedly been physically abused for five years. The abuse has included being beat with household items such as extension cords and hoses. Additionally, they were forced to sleep in the garage with the dogs and deprived of food. They boys were allowed inside the home once every morning to bathe before school so no one would notice the abuse. The trial is set to take place in October of 2015.
