Adopting a Child from the Philippines

Have you seen this?

Denalee Chapman December 17, 2014

Adoption Hawaii shares information about adopting from the Philippines. With the Filipino government being supportive of inter-country adoptions, wait time is fairly short. Adoptions are expedited for Filipino couples and families, as well as those willing to adopt sibling groups or children with disabilities.

Those hoping to adopt from the Philippines must meet age and health requirements and must also show church affiliation for at least the past five years. Single women hoping to adopt are eligible to adopt children over the age of 8.
