Allen and Tara Singley always planned to become foster parents . . . sometime. But for a variety of reasons they put it off. Once they pushed themselves to move forward with the certification process, they mentally prepared to have a swinging door. They expected to have children come and children leave, and during that time to have a chaotic home with children who would be disruptive and difficult. No one was more surprised than this couple was when their first experience resulted in the adoption of 9-year-old Savannah Singley. After nine years, in nine different foster homes, Savannah will not be moving again. Not only are the Singleys feeling incredible blessed and joyful, but Savannah couldn’t be happier!
