Family Hopes To Settle The Adoption Of Their Russian Daughter

It was the middle of 2012 when Katrina and Steve Morriss flew to Russia where they met the daughter who was matched with them. They spent a week with Natasha, a little orphan girl with Down Syndrome, and fell completely in love.

Since that time, Katrina and Steve have been pleading with the Russian government, visiting their daughter in Russia and begging the U.S. government to intervene. All to no avail. When all of that failed, Katrina spoke on a Russian news program asking for a Russian family to adopt Natasha. It didn’t happen.
