It has become my personal crusade to work the system and get Tara home as soon as possible. I'm keeping close contact with ML, asking her everything I can think of and at the same time giving her information when I have it. SB is going to update our Homestudy just in case it might hold things up and plus we want to change the criteria for our next adoption. Not sure yet about the background checks and whether or not they are still good, but hopefully I'll get to talk to DD here in my county and she will have some answers for us or know who would. I've read every document I can find on the internet and know quite a bit now about the ICPC process and ML made a comment in her email that because this adoption involves CN things might move along faster. I want to tell her nothing is going to happen until she turns in the paperwork to the OK ICPC, but I'm trying to refrain from straight out telling her to do her job. At least she did tell us she had court yesterday and the day before, so I know she has been busy, but now it's time for her to work on our case and get her butt in gear. I still hope Tara will be home by Thanksgiving, and I'm going to do everything in my power to make it so.
