September 19th 2005 Part 2

We got to talk to Tara tonight, much to my relief. The conversation was nothing profound, but still good to talk to her and hear her voice, and just let her know we're still here. Apparently the visit with K and A went okay, the only thing she said about it was she saw a scary movie and got scared at night because of it and thought someone was trying to come in her window and get her. She sounded pretty spooked about the movie, and didn't say anything else about her visit with them. She asked us about horseback riding in the area, and we told her there were places for us to go. She said she really likes to ride and we said we did too. She also said she asked a couple of questions on the sheet I sent her, so I said "You're gonna mail it right?" and she said she would. I think it's kinda neat to write her back and forth and I'm sure she loves to get something in the mail. I'm glad we got the horse card at the Mosaics show. I'm even thinking of sending it tomorrow to her and let her know where we got it. I'm not sure what else to say in it, but something simple will do. Otherwise we didn't really talk about much, just a few things here and there. It's really hard to talk over the phone, and seems much easier in person. Just a few more days and we'll get to see her again! We picked up a kitchen table with 6 chairs and a matching buffet today. I'm so glad to finally have furniture in the house to put things in and organize everything. I'm really going to try and do as much as I can before Tara comes home with us for good. What else do I have to do anyway?
