Well come to find out the neurologist said that he is missing his corpus callosum which sends signals to each side of his brain. That they believe he is autistic. His mom my niece drunk four locos and did drugs all the way until 8 or 9 months pregnant with him. But to get to the moral of the story she is saying she is going to get Jason's little brother back who is almost a year old my brother has temporary custody of him since birth. Then work on getting Jason back. How can I stop this because she is Abusive she beat on both of her baby daddy's and also beat on my grandparents who was taking care of her when she was a teenager. When I got Jason at 6 months she came back to live with me after living her mom he had bruises on his eyes she said she left him with her mom and that he fell off a bed . I told her she need to file a report before she left where she was that if she came here she would get into trouble thinking she did something to him. Well she said there was a investigation open. And then we found out it was a lie 2 months later but before that happened she was only staying with me for a week before she left and didn't come back. She told me that she was giving him to me. Hes my problem now. Since I have had him she hasn't really asked about him or his brother. She hasn't seen either one of them. Hasn't came to Jason's birthday parties I have invited her too he is 2 now. Didn't even call to wish him happy birthday or even buy him anything for his birthday or Christmas . Let a lone help with diapers or anything he needs. He has physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy because of what she has done. Please help me give me advice on what to do I live in Florida. I thought about getting a lie detector test on her because I think she gave him the black eyes. Because she pushed my son because he was filling up water in two cups for him and my brother because they were working in the yard. She was being impatient to fill up a bottle. My brother told her she had to go somewhere to cool off she tossed him onto a cot to where a 2o inch stuffed animal was on his head she left him there when she went outside to smoke a cigarette. He took a picture of it grabbed him and called the cops they just patted her hand and said don't do it again. So I don't put anything past her. She threw a vcr player at my mema when they had custody of her which she got arrested. When I found out she lied about the investigation I called dcf on her because she left and didn't come back and I wanted them to know about the bruises. And that she was doing drugs and drinking four locos while being pregnant with his baby brother as well. Showed her the pictures of the stuffed animal and as well as the bruises she didn't do anything. What can I do.
