Hello, my name is Elias and I am 18yrs. old looking for a mom or dad to adopt me. I am very loving, humble, respectful, fun-loving teen. My entire life I have been abused in every possible way. Many times I have thought of suicide.... I have never ever had parents to call "mom and dad", I never had someone to kiss goodnight, who was with me when I was sick, who came to school to see my Christmas shows, I never had someone who taught me to ride a bike or someone who dried my tears when I was sad. I've never had someone who loved me and made me feel at home. Being born to a drug addicted mother, and an unknown father has undoubtedly left me hurt & scarred. I live everyday as a reminder with hearing loss from my mom's drug abuse. Not having parents as a child is extremely difficult, it leaves you with an emptiness that can not be filled. I would like to someday become a social worker, to help those who suffer, those who are sick, and in need, to give the love that has never been given to those in need. The emptiness I have inside can not be filled by a friend or a spouse. I hope to just one day hear someone say "I love you".

Hi Rebecca, I'm Matilda. I'm going to be 19 in a week time. My mom died when I was 3 years old and my dad married another wife. I have a grandma who took care of me, but is old and wrinkly. I have been a victim of rape from those who promised to help. I've been lied to, maltreated and all sorts. I beg you, please help. I have come to realise that suicide is not the way. All I need is someone who genuinely cares and can get me away from this awful place I'm in. I don't mind working the rest of my life to pay back, just please help.
