With a surgery scheduled to take place in two weeks, Michael Wagner is donating part of his liver to save his daughter’s life. But the other adopted daughter –- the twin –- also needs this life-saving operation. Able to help only one daughter, Michael and his wife Johanne are reaching out, asking people to step forward and be tested so both daughters may benefit.
Michael underwent surgery to remove the portion of his liver for his daughter this week. After close examination the good news came back that the liver is good and ready for transplant.
Any interested in being tested to help this deserving family may contact Toronto General Hospital.
