Although Romania is "on hold" for an unspecified amount of time, my post today is directed towards those of you who have completed your adoptions. I've noticed many people ask about adoption agencies to use on the Internet.
When we began our adoption journey, there wasn't a place where Aparents could log in their experience with their adoption agencies. In 1999, the ICAR agency registry site was created.
The ICAR site is a place where, no matter which country you've adopted from, you can add your name as a reference for your adoption agency.
It's very important for parents who have BTDT to share their knowledge with others coming down the pipeline, especially during the chose the agency phase.
