I have to agree with Chris. Do not wait till school to find out if there is a problem. Our youngest went through early intervention services at 2 and 3 and I am a firm believer that the outcome is better the earlier the problem is found. Your pediatrition should be able to help you. Trust your instincts. They are probebly right.

I have to agree! Our pediatrician told us that our child was fine, but we knew there was something not right! We never tokk no for an answer! Your instants are always correct! Our son was one of the youngest to go through an eval. at our hospital which is normally set up for 3-4 year olds. he was 18months old. He does have special needs and as it took time for us to accept that and find help,early intervention is the key! His doctor has since been to washington to change the law in our state per the eval. age at the local hospitals and this particular program.I wish you all the luck and prayers are out to you and your family!
