I want a baby from romania, HELP ME

Getting a baby quickly from Romania is not a possibility. Even those that already had their paperwork in before the current moritarium, as still waiting to have their children come home. We waited 17 months, before we went with another country...someone else I know has waited 30 months so far. I feel for the Romanian children caught up in all of this---but I'd have to advise you to avoid the heartache and find out about adopting from another country.

You may want to consider Russia. It is quicker there. You will still have a wait, but it will alol depend on how quickly you get your paperwork finished and if you specify gender or not.
