The last name Fitzpatrick is a very unusal last name and especially for WV. There is a family (they are black) by the last name Fitzpatrick and they still live in Fairmont, WV, they are the only people there by that last name, if you look them up in the computer or telephone book you would not have a hard time finding them because they are the only ones.
