YES!! We have adopted 2 children thru the foster care system. They came to use at 2 years, 11 moths (our son) and 5 weeks (our daughter). We currently have a 5 month old (had her since she was 13 days old) and they have asked us to adopt her!!!! We are still considering the "logical" things....can we afford 3 MORE college educations, can we give them EACH enough attention, can we handle puberty (abuse, drug babies)....you know. BUT it does happen ALOT!!!! FYI, I suppose we are lucky, we have NEVER had a foster child leave....when they come they STAY!!!! Good Luck!
