Try adopt.org. In the photolistings, you can search for specific condtions. They are at least 2 or 3 children listed there now with Downs.

I have a son with downs (9) and have absolutely no regrets. I love him to death and he is great. I do have a friend who may know a couple contemplating putting their ds baby up! Might not happen though, but there is that chance. Keep me posted, they are not that easy to locate. ONce the parents take them home, they realize just how special and great they really are!
