I am looking for my stepfathers 1/2 sister. Her mother was Conie Grey, Father Frank Leroy Gray. She would have been born between December of 61 or January of 62. She was put up for adoption in Hartford, CT. I dont really have that much information. The father has passed and my step father does not know the womans maiden name. Any information would be helpful.
