I am not exact on the date, it could have been 1968 or 1969. I'm trying to get what info I can from the state of WA. Birth mother's first name is Susan, middle name Rebecca.

I was born in Tacoma in 1964 to a birth mother who's first name is Susan, I dont know if I could be your half-sister or not. I do know that I do have a sister out there who was put up for adoption after me. Could that be you.
