I just found out that I was born out of S.A. Booth Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. The place has closed down back in 1985. If anyone has any helpful hints as to how to obtain birth records from this facility I would greatly appreciate it!

My sister got the following information from the Salvation Army and they have been very helpful.
Best of luck!
