Voluntary Relinquishment of Parental Rights Form

If you wouldn't mind, I would like to have the form for voluntary relinquishment. My son has had no contact with his b/f in over a year and I believe he will sign just about anything. Thank you for helping.

If you will look at the post I left right before yours it gives you the place on the forum that I posted the form to download. If you still can not get it let me know and I can email it to you. You have to save it first to your hard drive then you can open it. If you have any question please ask. :D
