Looking for family. I was given up for adoption in March 1976 and was finalized in April. It took place in NY state in Oneida county. I had a sibling born 3 years prior to me. any info would be gratly appreciated.

I was born in 73 and had a brother given up for adoption when I was young, I am thinking I was between 3 and 5.
