searching for birth realatives in New Brunswick

I was born in St John New Brunswick in December 1967. My birth name was Elaine Joan Eastwood. My mother was 15 at the time. She comes from a family of 2 sisters and 3 other brothers. MY grandparents were alive at my birth. They were 37. Any help would be appreciated.
