These are the last words of the poem and I can't find it! I've looked lots of places online. I had the poem about 15 years ago.....now am looking for it again!
Can anyone help with this?

I have been looking for over 2 months.......where did you find it online. The only places I could find was where people had written their own poems. (:>)
