Hello---- what a wonderful thing for you to be trying to assist your husband !!! Awesome. !!! Do you know in what county the adoption was finalized ? He may request information through the family courts there. Let me know if I can help, and there are a lot of people here , who have some knowledge of the process involved. I would recommend that you contact the person at the courts who assists adoptees. They assist with the needed forms etc for applyng for his non-identifying and identifying info. Hi, there. Thanks for responding to the post I made. I am fairly certain that his birthday is September 8, 1970, but that is just what we know from his adoptive mother. I guess we could be wrong. Any other info??
