Well it has been a while since you posted this but just found it and was wanting more information. I was born in Erie county Corry township and this is all I know. My birth date is April 15, 1968.
Hi there. I am looking for my biological grandparents and my dad's information seems to match your description. He was born April 18th, 1968 and may have been born at the hospital you mentioned. All I know is he was adopted through Catholic Charities some time in 1969.
