Male adoptee born May 1969 possibly St Annes Los Angeles County his birth mother gave him a name before adoption it sounds like he was named after his birth father. He may of stayed at St Annes for a few months before a family who lived in Pasadena adopted him. He is searching for his birth mother as well as any birth relatives .
