6/1950 Need help w/ St Vincent's Home for Unwed Mothers in PA

actually heard from gentleman who knew my sister he was born around same time but was not adopted.My sister made friends with his mother and lived with them when he was about 6.He was too young to remember anything else.His mom as passed away as did my sister,but i still want to find my niece.
