I'm searching for the birth parents and/or birth siblings of my brother who was born on April 11, 1969 in Webb City, Mo. He needs to know his medical history because of some health problems of his young 6 year old son. We know his mother or father was Italian and that the mother may have passed away. And, that he had 4-5 siblings. Anyone who has any information about this we would greatly appreciate it.

I would suggest you contact the court that heard the original adoption and ask them to locate their records. Also contact the adoption agency requesting your brother's non ID info. I live in Missouri but not sure where Webb City is located, but if close to St. Louis and you need library research let me know.

Do you know what agency he was adopted through? I was adopted through Jasper County Division of Family Services. I was able to obtain my non-id information from them--and it had some breif medical history on it. Also, he should register with the isrr.com--it's a national registry. He can also register with the state...if you have any questions, please email me...
