searching for sibling DOB 1966 or 67 Everett, WA

My name is melinda and i am in search of a sibling that i just recently found out about. My mother's maiden name is Pilkenton and she was 16, her date of birth is 07-13-50. she was forced to give up her child by her parents. They sent her away from home ( California ) to Everett, WA to have her baby and give it up for adoption. My mother only briefly spoken about it when i approched her about the subject. She said it was a girl, but my auntie Linda Clary said that it was a boy. she said she was there and signed the papers as my mothers gaurdian since she was under 18. I really don't know.
