My 11 year old son's natural father agreed to have my now ex husband adopt him so that he would have the same last name as his new brother and sister. Now, however, the phony who adopted him doesn't want to have to pay child support for him and is going around having other children so he wants to "give him back" to his natural father, who would GLADLY have him back. He will still be in my custody, but his natural father wants to have parental rights again. He has had a relationship with him all along and actually treats him better than the "man" who adopted him.
If anyone could offer some insight into a rather terrible sounding situation, it would be greatly appreciated.
