I was born Feb. 15, 1986 in Wheeling West Virginia, we think that my mother may have been a resident at the Florrence Crittenton center there. If you have any information at all it would be greatly appreciated. I have been searching for my birth family since the death of my adopted mother right after my 16th birthday, I would really love to contact them.
