We have done all the research online and have decided to adopt our next baby :) We are PCS-ing to VA and I have no idea where to start once we get settled in our home. Literally ANY information on the first couple of steps would be great.
I would ' Google ' Search Adoption in Virginia when you are ready!! I would also post in Military Adoptions, and State of Virginia Adoptions on this Forum as well also please!!
