Looking for biological father/siblings

What makes you think the death date was September of 2012? I looked in the Social Security Death Index and there was a Eugene Smith with a birthdate of March 11, 1944. His number looks to have been issued in Tennessee in 1961. He died on September 30, 2012. You can order his application from the Social Security Administration. It often lists the names of parents and the birthplace. You think he may be from Florida. If your mother remembers his parents and the application matches that with a Florida birth, it may be him. This is especially so since they married in Tennessee and this man had his number issued there. I am sending you something else in a private message.

Well I found my father's family. He did pass away in September 2012. I spoke to his sister on the phone yesterday. I found out that I have 4 half siblings. Two was born before me with his first wife who's name was Jane Shadowens. They call the girls Frankie and Sissy I believe. I have a brother and sister younger than me who are twins. They were born in 1974. I don't know their mother's name yet. I believe they may all still be in TN. Any help locating them too would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone for your help!!
