A little zap'll do ya

Just to let you know... my house was zapped by lightning on Saturday... everyONE is fine, everyTHING is fried except the computer. Partial power was restored today, and I seem to have a shaky phone connection.

If I am slow answering questions and emails, please forgive. The word is that things should be pretty normal tomorrow or Thursday... well, except for the the smell, and except for the fried appliances and light fixtures... but pretty normal otherwise...

I'd love to know what you were doing at the time, Nancy! There have been many times when I've been certain I was about to be struck ... that good old Catholic guilt! It would be interesting to know if there is any connection between naughtiness and lightening bolts.

Yikes! That would be a bit of an over-do on the weather reporting!
