I want to begin digital scrapbooking, but I'm at a loss for what program to buy. I downloaded the trial version of Scrapbook Max, but the version is too abbreviated for me to get a real sense of the program. Can anyone who has used a digital program pm me and let me know what's out there that you like (or don't like) and why?
Thanks!

I use Photoshop Elements 5.0. There is a free trail download available, and there are tons of tutorials available on the web that will teach you how to use it for scrapbooking.

I use Photoshop 7.0. I took a couple of workshops and bought a book to learn how to use it. I love it, but I've heard Photoshop Elements is a little easier to use.
I use Digital Scrapbooking | Free Scrapbook Software Embellishments Backgrounds Templates you can download it for free.
arkansas parent,
this may be a stupid question, but is it possible to print this background then or is it only available to view online? Do you need to have a special printer?

Sorry it took so long for my reply. I save mine on the computer and when I have several ready, I upload them to Wal-Mart photo center to have them printed. You can make them up to 8x10. I make most of mine 4x6 and put them in my picture album.
