Pro's & Cons of Adopting a 3-5-Year-Old Vs. Younger

I just completed the adoption of a little 3 1/2 yr old girl. I'm so happy!Pros: No diapers (just pull-ups at night)Pros: No formula/bottlesPros: Can entertain herself when necessaryPros: Can talk and share experiencesPros: You are giving them a family they may never get (after 4 yrs old, the chances of being adopted are quite slim from what I understand).Cons: You don't get to experience some of her firsts (but there are still plenty of firsts to experience).
