Hi my name is vickie and I am on here hoping that someone can point us in the right direction my current husband would like to adopt my nine year old we have obtain a consent to adopt form and had the biological father sighned it but we are stuck on how to proceede with the rest how do we petition the court or what not if anyone can help us out there i would greatly appreciate it . we are in the state of ks and you can contact me at vbake69@hotmail.com
