any info on Ecuador adoptions???

The U.S. State Department has a good overview of adoption from Ecuador at: [url=http://travel.state.gov/family/adoption/country/country_376.html]Intercountry Adoption Ecuador[/url]. However, do be aware that the info was updated about a year ago, and that some changes may have occurred since then. Most agencies have phased out their Ecuador programs because the country's rules change frequently, creating too much uncertainty for most families. I know of only one JCICS member agency that MAY be working in Ecuador at this time, and I'll PM you with that name. Sharon

I am in the process now of trying to find out more information for people that are looking and phone numbers for the agency of the orphanage I was at ...I'm also trying to be able to set up an organization that sends money to the orphanage where I was at to better the conditions...
