My son got a kick out of this article (The love for Twilight books and stuff) However, a nice non dry history based tool to show that Africa had, and still do to some extent empires and monarchy etc; (similar in a global sense) Helps to build that pride in their ancestry as opposed to they were only slaves, or an impoverished nation of Blacks people. It helps that this king is a youngster, helps to spark interest in a kiddo.
