I am looking for my nephew, at birth his name was Robert Raymond Morgan Jr. He was born in Barberton Ohio but was taken from his mother along with 2 younger sisters by child welfare in Calhoun County West Virginia in July 1995. My name is Sheila Marks I am married to his maternal uncle Ernest. If anyone can help pleases respond to this thread.
