Hello,
I am from harrison county and we are wanting to adopt through the DHHR. I have a few questions and are hoping you might know them.
1. Is there anything that will keep you from adopting? Medical card or Food stamps
2. Do you have to make a certain amount of money?

i don't belive income has too much to do with it, as long as you can provide for the child. my parents are awaiting a home study. they are in Buckhannon. Blest of luck in the process!
