Fastest Country to adopt from

I'd say Ethiopia right now too. Liberia (where 2 of my kids are from) isn't too bad right now, but it does seem to vary according to case and there are some changes coming in the government that might slow things down. Right now Ethiopia is a very smooth, relatively simple process and goes pretty quickly with most agencies (there are a few with very long waits for referrals, though!).
