Whats Next?

I have another court date at the end of the month. The CS is hoping for termination of rights at that time. If that happens how long does the adoption process take?? I have had L since she was two weeks old and I am currently a foster to adopt parent. The process is so overwhelming at this times - seems like lots of hurry up and wait. The problem with our case is that L was not taken because of neglect but because the of the parents inability to parent. So any advice on what will happen if termination occurs - I would love to hear.
