Searching birth parents and sibling

I was born in Watertown, New York, on June 19, 1967 to an unwed mother. I was surrendered for adoption at three months old. This is the information I have: I have a sibling, my mother wore glasses, lived in the City of Watertown. I was very sick with reflux, hospitalized, and surrendered for adoption at that time because my birth mother was unable to care for me. The information I have says I weighed a little over 6 lbs. at birth. Unfortunately I have no further information. My adoptive parents are both deceased. My mother must have loved me because she kept me for 3 months until it became impossible for her to care for me any longer.
