My birth name was Elder and my middle (given) name is Mason. I was born October 16th, 1987 at St. Pauls Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I am not looking for my birth mum!! I am only trying to get some health information and find out if I have any siblings. :rockband:
