Private adoption

Hey guys, has anyone done a private adoption? Does anyone know any good lawyers in PA that do private adoptions? Our situation is.... We adopted our little girl in Sept. 08 and then we got a call a few weeks ago from bmom that she is pregnant again. She wants us to adopt this little one and we want to! We are moving her out here to PA from TX next month and she will be staying with my sister! I will be taking her to her appointments, etc. My husband, daughters and myself are very excited and so is bmom! We are hoping that we can get bmom on track this time before she goes back to TX. Does anyone know anything about social security disability? She is on disability in TX and I know that she will keep that even moving to PA but how does the medical part work? Will she keep TX or will she need to get medical in PA? I've tried calling social security but can't get a hold of a person!!! Any help anyone can provide would greatly be appreciated. (I'm also posting in PA)
