Bmom and daughter are looking for an adult adoptee, born February 1972 in Des Moines Iowa. Birth certificate after adoption probably shows another Iowan city, however. She would be bi-racial, German-American and Ugandan descent. Adoption agency was Lutheran Social Services (now called Lutheran Services of Iowa), who passed it to Hillcrest Family Services (finalized by Hillcrest). Might have been adopted by a white couple living in Davenport, IA, at time of adoption.
