I am searching for my niece, Ashley Rose, who was born in Rhinebeck, New York in 1980.

Hi! I know that this is very late in response to your post, but are you sure the the birth date is in 1980? My wife is an Ashley Rose from Rhinebeck but in a different year in the early 80's.
