Will I be turned down?

i know for fostering you'd be fine they might want a detailed budget. Thats what they told me when i spoke with the Foster family recruiter my finacial situation is similar to yours actually (relativly low income and student loans) when i told her that she said they'd want to look hard at my finances but as long as i had enough money to make sure the kids had the necessities if the stipend or whatever they call it was late. I just got some info havent decided if i want to foster yet. i dont like the idea of cw. with the little guy i am guardian for I don't have any and don't know if i want them in and out and calling all the shots
