Foster Care and Food Stamps Do You Get Them?

Hi, we have friends that are foster parents and their worker had them apply for food stamps to help with food bills for the children. Can foster parents apply for food stamps? I know you can get wic to help with babies. How many of you get food stamps? Thanks smith316
